SignalAlive is not yet available for public emergency use. The mobile prototype is in active development and controlled physical-device testing.

The project grew from the belief that a phone could provide another possible path for someone to remain connected, visible, and easier to find.

01Does SignalAlive work without internet?

It is being designed so compatible nearby devices can exchange essential information directly when internet or cellular service is unavailable. Performance still depends on compatibility, permissions, distance, battery, obstacles, operating-system behavior, and other participating devices.

02How can a message move beyond one phone?

A participating device may receive a message, preserve it, and carry it forward when it later connects with another compatible device. This creates a temporary path rather than requiring one continuous connection.

03Does SignalAlive replace emergency services?

No. SignalAlive is intended to complement established emergency systems. Contact local emergency services whenever they are available.

04Is SignalAlive available now?

No. It is currently in active development and controlled testing. Public testing will begin only when reliability, privacy, security, and usability reach an appropriate level.

05Will it work on every phone?

SignalAlive is being designed for broad compatibility across mobile devices. Actual support will depend on hardware capabilities, operating-system restrictions, permissions, and validation on each type of phone.
